Welcome to Troop International Logistic INC.
We are committed to providing reliable, transparent, and professional international shipping and logistics services.
Please carefully review the following Terms and Conditions before requesting a shipment, delivering merchandise to our warehouses, or using our logistics services.
These Terms and Conditions establish the responsibilities of our customers, shipping requirements, cargo handling policies, storage deadlines, payment obligations, and applicable limitations of liability.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Shipping Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Troop International Logistic INC, hereinafter referred to as the "Company."
By signing a shipping invoice, physically or electronically, or affirmatively accepting these Terms and Conditions through our Customer Portal, the customer, hereinafter referred to as the "Client," acknowledges that:
- They have received or been provided access to these Terms and Conditions before the applicable service begins.
- They have had the opportunity to read and understand the applicable policies.
- They voluntarily agree to comply with the requirements established herein.
- They understand the Company's shipping, documentation, storage, payment, and liability policies.
Acceptance must be obtained through an affirmative action by the Client. Merely receiving an invoice does not automatically constitute acceptance.
These Terms and Conditions apply subject to applicable laws, transportation regulations, and any separately executed written agreements.
2. DECLARATION OF CONTENTS AND MANDATORY CUSTOMS DOCUMENTATION
The Client is responsible for accurately declaring the contents, quantity, description, actual value, origin, and destination of all merchandise submitted for shipment.
All commercial invoices and required supporting documentation must be provided at the time the shipping service is requested.
Documentation must be submitted through one of the following methods:
A. Customer Portal
Clients requesting shipping services online must upload their commercial invoices and all required supporting documentation through the Company's designated Customer Portal when submitting their shipping request.
B. In-Person Warehouse Delivery
Clients delivering merchandise directly to any authorized Troop International Logistic INC warehouse or office must provide the corresponding commercial invoices and required documentation in physical form when requesting the shipping service.
Customer Responsibilities
The Client acknowledges and agrees that:
- All merchandise must be accurately described and declared.
- The actual value of the merchandise must be truthfully reported.
- Commercial invoices must correspond to the contents of the shipment.
- All submitted documentation must be authentic, accurate, and complete.
- Restricted or regulated merchandise must be disclosed before shipment.
- Required documentation must be provided when requesting shipping services, not after dispatch.
The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or delay processing of shipments with missing, inaccurate, or incomplete documentation.
Customs Liability
The Client understands that customs authorities may inspect, detain, reject, confiscate, or impose penalties on shipments containing improperly declared merchandise or insufficient documentation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Troop International Logistic INC shall not be responsible for delays, penalties, confiscations, or additional expenses directly resulting from inaccurate declarations or the Client's failure to comply with documentation requirements.
3. SHIPPING METHODS AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Troop International Logistic INC provides international transportation coordination through different shipping methods.
Estimated Transit Times
- Ocean Freight: 2 to 4 weeks.
- Air Freight: 5 to 10 business days.
These estimated transit times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed delivery commitments.
Delivery schedules may vary due to:
- Customs inspections and clearance procedures.
- Port congestion and transportation delays.
- Shipping line or airline scheduling changes.
- Weather conditions and natural disasters.
- Government restrictions and regulatory procedures.
- Operational disruptions beyond the Company's reasonable control.
- Other force majeure events.
The Client acknowledges that delays may occur during international transportation.
Troop International Logistic INC shall not be responsible for delays caused exclusively by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
4. PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS AND CARGO PROTECTION
The Client is responsible for ensuring that merchandise is appropriately packaged for international transportation unless professional packaging services are expressly contracted with the Company.
Recommended packaging standards include:
- Heavy-duty, double-wall corrugated boxes.
- Reinforced sealing materials.
- Adequate cushioning and protection for fragile merchandise.
- Leak-resistant packaging for permitted liquid products.
- Appropriate protection for electronics, glass, ceramics, and delicate merchandise.
- Proper weight distribution to prevent structural damage.
- Secure wrapping and stabilization of pallets or oversized cargo.
Troop International Logistic INC reserves the right to reject improperly packaged merchandise or recommend additional packaging services.
Packaging Liability
The Company shall not be responsible for damage directly caused by inadequate packaging supplied by the Client, except where applicable law establishes otherwise.
The Client understands that international shipments may be subject to handling, loading, unloading, movement, stacking, and inspection throughout transportation.
5. PERISHABLE GOODS AND PRODUCTS WITH EXPIRATION DATES
The Client acknowledges that shipping perishable goods, temperature-sensitive merchandise, food products, cosmetics, and merchandise with expiration dates involves additional risks.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, Troop International Logistic INC does not provide:
- Guaranteed delivery dates.
- Refrigerated transportation.
- Temperature-controlled storage.
- Specialized preservation services.
The Company shall not be responsible for deterioration, expiration, spoilage, discoloration, leakage, or loss of product quality directly caused by the inherent characteristics of the merchandise or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
The Client assumes responsibility for determining whether the merchandise is suitable for the selected transportation method.
6. TRANSPORTATION RISKS, LOSS, THEFT, AND CARGO INCIDENTS
The Client acknowledges that international transportation involves inherent risks, including:
- Accidental breakage or damage.
- Liquid leakage and spills.
- Cargo movement or compression.
- Theft, robbery, or criminal interference.
- Hijacking or transportation security incidents.
- Customs detention, inspection, or confiscation.
- Natural disasters.
- Transportation interruptions and force majeure events.
The Company's responsibility for any incident shall be determined according to applicable law, contractual obligations, transportation agreements, and the liability limitations established in these Terms and Conditions.
The Company does not guarantee that shipments will be free from all transportation risks.
Cargo Insurance
Clients shipping merchandise with significant commercial value are strongly encouraged to obtain adequate cargo insurance.
Any insurance purchased shall be governed by its own coverage conditions, exclusions, deductibles, and claim procedures.
7. PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED MERCHANDISE
The Client agrees not to submit illegal, prohibited, or restricted merchandise without the necessary authorization and documentation.
Such merchandise may include, without limitation:
- Firearms, ammunition, and explosives.
- Restricted military, tactical, or defense equipment.
- Restricted knives, bladed weapons, and similar items.
- Pepper spray and regulated self-defense products.
- Certain drones, satellite devices, and telecommunications equipment.
- Restricted cryptocurrency mining equipment.
- Cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, vaping devices, and regulated tobacco products.
- Any other merchandise prohibited or restricted by applicable United States, Venezuelan, Colombian, or other relevant laws.
The Client is responsible for verifying whether the merchandise is legally permitted for export, transit, and import into the destination country.
Troop International Logistic INC reserves the right to reject, suspend, or report shipments containing prohibited or improperly declared merchandise.
The Client shall be responsible for legal consequences directly resulting from unlawful shipments or inaccurate declarations, subject to applicable law.
8. SCOPE OF SERVICES AND GENERAL LIABILITY
Troop International Logistic INC provides logistics coordination, cargo handling, freight forwarding, warehouse services, and international shipping-related services.
Depending on the shipment, certain transportation and customs operations may be performed by independent third-party service providers.
The Company does not control governmental agencies, customs authorities, independent shipping lines, airlines, or other external organizations.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be responsible for losses caused solely by:
- Decisions made by customs authorities.
- Delays attributable to independent carriers.
- Incorrect or incomplete customs declarations provided by the Client.
- Inadequate packaging supplied by the Client.
- Deterioration caused by the inherent characteristics of merchandise.
- Force majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES
The Client agrees to provide accurate identification, shipping details, commercial invoices, and all documentation required for processing.
Additional expenses resulting from Client-caused delays or noncompliance may be charged where legally permissible and properly documented.
These expenses may include:
- Additional warehouse storage.
- Customs examination charges.
- Repackaging services.
- Special handling.
- Return or redirection expenses.
- Other reasonable third-party charges directly attributable to the Client's noncompliance.
The Company shall communicate applicable additional charges whenever reasonably practicable.
10. DECLARED VALUE AND MAXIMUM LIABILITY LIMIT
MAXIMUM CONTRACTUAL LIABILITY: USD $300.00 PER WAREHOUSE RECEIPT (WR).
The Client expressly acknowledges that Troop International Logistic INC establishes a maximum contractual liability limit of USD $300.00 per shipment, identified by its corresponding Warehouse Receipt (WR).
Each Warehouse Receipt represents one shipment for purposes of this policy.
The liability limit applies to the entire merchandise shipment associated with that Warehouse Receipt, regardless of:
- The number of boxes.
- The number of packages.
- The quantity of merchandise.
- The total declared or commercial value.
The USD $300.00 limit is applied per Warehouse Receipt, not per individual box or package.
If merchandise registered under one Warehouse Receipt exceeds USD $300.00 in value, the Client acknowledges that the Company's contractual liability does not extend to the amount exceeding this limit, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
In the event of loss, theft, damage, or another incident for which the Company is legally responsible, any compensation shall be limited to the proven value of the affected merchandise or USD $300.00 per Warehouse Receipt, whichever is lower, subject to applicable law and mandatory transportation liability rules.
Example:
If one Warehouse Receipt contains five boxes with a combined merchandise value of USD $2,000.00, the maximum contractual liability remains USD $300.00 for the entire Warehouse Receipt, not USD $300.00 for each box.
This limitation does not represent automatic insurance coverage or a guaranteed reimbursement.
Clients transporting merchandise valued above USD $300.00 are encouraged to obtain additional cargo insurance.
This policy shall apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. STORAGE DEADLINES, POSTPAID PAYMENTS, AND CARGO ABANDONMENT
The Client acknowledges and agrees to comply with the Company's established storage, shipping request, and payment deadlines.
11.1. ORIGIN WAREHOUSE – SIX (6) MONTH STORAGE LIMIT
Any package, box, or merchandise received at an authorized Troop International Logistic INC origin warehouse may remain in storage for a maximum period of six (6) calendar months from the date of its recorded arrival.
The Client is responsible for requesting shipment of the merchandise within this six-month period.
The Client understands that:
- The storage period begins on the date the package is recorded as received at the origin warehouse.
- The Client must submit a shipping request before the applicable deadline.
- Merchandise not requested for shipment within six calendar months becomes eligible for unclaimed cargo and abandonment procedures.
- The Company may terminate continued storage following the applicable procedures required by law.
11.2. DESTINATION WAREHOUSE – TWO (2) MONTH POSTPAID PAYMENT LIMIT
For shipments processed under a postpaid arrangement, the Client shall have a maximum period of two (2) calendar months from the date the shipment is recorded as received at the Company's destination warehouse to complete payment of the outstanding shipping balance.
The Client acknowledges that:
- The payment period begins on the recorded date of arrival at the destination warehouse.
- The outstanding shipping balance must be paid within two calendar months.
- Failure to complete payment within the established period may result in the merchandise becoming eligible for unclaimed cargo and abandonment procedures.
- The Company may withhold release of unpaid cargo where permitted by applicable law.
11.3. UNCLAIMED AND ABANDONED CARGO
A shipment may become subject to cargo abandonment proceedings when:
- The Client fails to request shipping within six (6) calendar months after merchandise arrives at the origin warehouse; or
- The Client fails to pay a postpaid shipment within two (2) calendar months after its arrival at the destination warehouse.
The Client expressly acknowledges and accepts these deadlines.
Upon expiration of the applicable period, Troop International Logistic INC may initiate procedures to classify the shipment as unclaimed cargo.
The Company may issue written notification requiring the Client to complete the outstanding obligation, arrange removal of the merchandise, or otherwise resolve the shipment within the period required by applicable law.
If the Client fails to comply, the Company may proceed with legally authorized cargo disposition procedures, including sale, disposal, or other permitted handling.
11.4. CARGO OWNERSHIP AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS
The Client understands that failing to comply with the established deadlines may result in loss of the right to continued storage and eventual loss of the right to recover the merchandise following legally required procedures.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Client agrees not to pursue claims against Troop International Logistic INC arising solely from the Company's lawful disposition of unclaimed cargo after completing all required notification and disposition procedures.
The expiration of the storage or payment period does not, by itself, automatically transfer ownership of the merchandise to the Company.
Any disposition of unclaimed merchandise shall be conducted in accordance with the laws applicable to the warehouse and shipment.
11.5. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Client confirms that they understand:
ORIGIN WAREHOUSE:
Maximum six (6) calendar months to request shipment.
DESTINATION WAREHOUSE – POSTPAID:
Maximum two (2) calendar months to complete payment.
FAILURE TO COMPLY:
Cargo may become subject to abandonment proceedings and lawful disposition after completion of applicable legal requirements.

- They understand their responsibility to provide accurate merchandise declarations.
- Commercial invoices and required customs documentation must be provided when requesting shipment.
- Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
- The Client is responsible for proper packaging unless other arrangements have been expressly agreed upon.
